From recent feedback it seems that not everyone is getting a confirmation e-mail after they check out through the website.
We turned to our Web Nija for advice on this and it seems that there has been an oversight after a recent software update which basically disabled the automatic feature.
We took our frustration out on an old Microsoft Windows package and beat it severely with a big stick, we all now feel better !
On further investigation it seems that the automatic feature is no longer available (there’s progress for you !) but fear not, it has now fallen to me to send each and everyone who orders from us, a personal confirmation note via e-mail crafted by my own fair hands, until said Ninja and Software supplier can get their heads around the issue and fix it.
Sometimes one step back is two steps forward.
