Not sure if this was a good idea or not, but, in line with the instant gratification of a “buy it now” button, we are going to trial instant online support.
Simply click the “chat” button and get through to one of our highly trained and knowledgeable staff (there is only one!).
There will be no BFF or WTF type acronyms but hopefully it may help some of our overseas customers get answers quickly and in more detail.
I am told it will work on my mobile phone too… but I do need a few hours with my eyes closed!
If it’s a success we will fully implement the service including IP voice and video, so make sure you look presentable before asking advice and I promise to stop wearing my PJs to work!
